1. Can I have a quote over the phone? |

Since we are doing our transactions online, it is better and more convenient to send your enquiries through our request forms online. Rest assured that we'll cater each and every questions as soon as possible.

2. I want to proceed on the order, what will I do next? |
|
|
Simply send us your confirmation email to go ahead then we will be arranging the Final Proof, and PayPal invoice right away.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive? |
|
|
We aim to dispatch all orders and received before 14:00 the same day. Delivery was due to 4-7 working days from order available. If you require your order for an urgent deadline, please contact us first, and we will see if we can accommodate.

4. Is it possible for me to see a mock up picture of my design before I make payments?
|
|
|
As on our Standard Procedure, after you confirm your order, we will send you a mock up picture of your order in pdf format for further confirmations and approvals.

5. What are the requirements for the Artwork? |
|
|
We can use any of the following files: pdf, original (ai, eps, psd), word doc, jpeg, high resolution (at least 300dpi) |

6. I don't have artwork yet, is it still possible to get a quote? |
|
|
We only require artworks if the enquiry is for: special stickers such as PVC Stickers and Window Stickers for colour verifications.
Ordinary paper and Vinyl stickers are quotable even without any artwork to supply.

7. I need your expert advise for my artwork as I do not have on. Can you create for me? How much will it cost for a design? |

We also do designs with the help of our creative deisgners team. Price ranges depending on the colours, fonts and images and effects. But, if the design will have simple texts, then its FREE.

8. How do I make payments? I do not have PayPal account: We do not use PayPal: Do you have other payment options? Can I just transfer my payments straight to your bank account?

9. I still have not received a quote e-mail. |

10. I am in Perth, how much is your GST? |

We deliver in New Zealand Wide and GST + delivery is already included on the price given on the quotes. |

11. What is your turn-around time? / I need my stickers urgently.. / Do you do express post? |
|

Our turn-around time is 4-6 working days, and we do not do Express Post nor accepts orders that needs to be done urgently. |

12. Can you produce a print run of stickers less than 250 quantities? Is it possible to have 2 designs in your promo for 1000 quantities? |

The minimum quantity per purchase that we require must be at least 250. And we do not allow having two designs for the price of 1000. Each design will have different price. |

13. Do you do motorcycle decals? |
|
|
Yes we can also do vehicular decals, as long as your desired stickers meet our requirements on quantity, artworks and size. |

14. What is the biggest and smallest size of stickers that you do? |
|
|
The largest / biggest sticker size that we do measures 600x600mm and the smallest must be at least 10x10mm. |

15. I am very particular with the colours and I wanted it to be exactly the same as the supplied artwork. |
|
|
If you are very particular with the Colours in your stickers, best if you can advise us about it to avoid problems. We will then recommend you the usage of Pantone Colours. Regarding the sticker's adhesives, please specify if this has to be very strong, but we assure you that our stickers were permanent.

16. I want to see samples of your products to make sure of the sticker type that I want and also to see the quality of your stickers. |

If you are not sure of the sticker type that you will order, or doubting on our product's durability, We recommend you to have our free sample pack. Simply fill-out the sample request form, and we'll arrange one for your right away. |

17. Do you do stickers in sheets, on a roll and stickers with numberings and metallic spots? |
|
|
We normally supply our stickers individually but it could also be supplied in sheets and rolls. We also do stickers with numberings and with chrome effect or metallic spots.

18. How can I be sure that I will receive the products that I order? |
|
|
We will stay connected to you and will keep you posted about the status of your order until you receive the items. Or you may also check the ETA of your orders on our website through Track-Trace.

19. Do you do Wall Stickers? Individual letter and number stickers? |
|
|
It depends on the design of your Wall Stickers. Regarding the individual letter / number stickers, if it needs to be cut on its shape, then we are not able to do it. |

20. When does the printing process begins? |
|
|
We only proceed in printing the stickers as soon as we receive your approval on the Final Proof and the complete payments for the order

We proceed in printing the stickers right after we receive the complete payments of the order and confirmations and approvals about the Final Proof we sent. We are not allowing to go ahead on the process if we are not yet receiving any approvals and payments from our clients. |

22. I have an example of my stickers I want to be printed, can I drop by on your office or send this via mail? |
|

Our office is open on weekdays from 10am - 5:30pm. However, since we do our transactions via email, it is more economical and convenient for you to send through your enquiries and questions online.
